ABOUT THE SHOW: On Sunday afternoon, March 29, Wavemakers Women & Music opens its 2026 season with the first Sonic Social, a gathering of live music and community, in the kind of room that reminds you why music matters in the first place.
Two artists who have earned every note they play. One woman-owned stage.
Courtney Santana brings over 35 years of music, advocacy, and lived experience to the mic. With more than 30 albums, appearances in Dreamgirls and RENT, and a lifelong commitment to the communities she serves, she is an artist whose presence in a room means something.
Parker Woodland is an Austin power trio built for the stage, Erin Walter on powerhouse vocals and bass, Andrew Solin on melodic-psych guitar, Keri Cinquina on drums, and cinematic lighting by Starr Long. Joyfully cathartic, high-energy, and celebrating new singles and recently being SXSW 2026 Official.
The afternoon takes place at Found Sound, Austin's only woman-owned rehearsal studio and creative space, at 305 Victor Street.
